Job description

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Warsaw office or remotely from Poland.

At MTG we are a portfolio of gaming studios creating experiences enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

This role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, our studios make games played by tens of millions of people across mobile and PC.

The District isn't just a holding structure. We offer our studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, and D2C distribution, so they can focus on making great games.

We are now looking for a Group Compensation Manager to play a key role in shaping and operationalising our compensation frameworks across the group. This role supports both the listed holding‑company and two business units, with a specific focus on the newly established ‘Midcore District’. The position reports into the Global Head of People Analytics & Insights and will also work closely with the group Chief People Officer, Finance, Legal, and P&C leaders across our studios and within the central services team.

You will combine strong technical compensation expertise with a pragmatic, stakeholder‑oriented mindset, and you’re equally comfortable designing frameworks, running annual cycles, and translating complex data into clear recommendations.

This role is structured as a Strategic Individual Contributor.

  • Align global consistency with local studio and market realities, ensuring frameworks remain competitive and pragmatic
  • Lead M&A remuneration assessments, from due diligence to post‑acquisition integration
  • Drive a structured benchmarking approach, selecting peer groups and surveys to maintain a competitive edge across international talent markets

  • Own core compensation processes, specifically annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring seamless execution for HRBPs and managers
  • Provide expert guidance organisational changes (growth, restructuring, integration) with sound compensation advice and data

Compliance & Remuneration Committee support

  • Drive Pay Transparency initiatives, including the implementation of the EU Directive, pay gap analysis, and statutory reporting
  • Support the Remuneration Committee by preparing high‑quality Board‑level presentations, scenario modelling, and executive reward narratives
  • Govern LTI plans in close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and external executive compensation advisors
  • Partner with People Analytics to ensure data integrity and consistent reporting on KPIs and pay positioning
What we expect

  • Experience working in a fast‑moving, creative, or tech‑driven industry (e.g. gaming, digital, technology, media), with an appreciation that talent markets and reward practices evolve quickly
  • Comfort operating across the full spectrum of the role: from hands‑on administration to strategic design and Board‑level work in a small, high‑impact team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with portfolio and business leaders, and clearly explain both the “what” and the “why”
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
