Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a contributor to Global Compensation Operations in Poland. The role focuses on supporting compensation processes, analyzing data, and reporting across countries.

You will work with large datasets, benchmark surveys, and the Global Job architecture to ensure competitive pay structures. The ideal candidate has experience in compensation, strong analytical skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Compensation & Benefits, familiarity with market data and external providers like Mercer.
• Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors (a plus).
• Analytical mind capable of handling large databases and deriving insights.
• Strong English communication for stakeholder interactions at all levels.
• Learning quickly and maintaining quality business relationships.
• Very organized, able to work well in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation processes and analyze and report on them.
• Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to external market data.
• Assist countries in reporting data for benchmark surveys.
• Help countries build and maintain pay structure.
• Support maintenance of our Global Job architecture.
• Potentially conduct trainings for groups.
