Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a contributor to Global Compensation Operations in Poland. The role focuses on supporting compensation processes, analyzing data, and reporting across countries.

You will work with large datasets, benchmark surveys, and the Global Job architecture to ensure competitive pay structures. The ideal candidate has experience in compensation, strong analytical skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Compensation & Benefits, familiarity with market data and external providers like Mercer.
• Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors (a plus).
• Analytical mind capable of handling large databases and deriving insights.
• Strong English communication for stakeholder interactions at all levels.
• Learning quickly and maintaining quality business relationships.
• Very organized, able to work well in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

This Is Us, Your New Colleagues In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for smoothly executing the Global Compensation process for Volvo Group employees. In the team, we use and configure a cloud-based online platform, SAP SuccessFactors, in keeping with business requirements in different countries and provide tool and process-related support for end users (People & Culture Partners and Managers).

Your main mission

Your main mission will be to support compensation processes, analyze and report on them.

• Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to the external market data
• Support countries in reporting data for benchmark surveys
• Help countries to build and maintain pay structure
• Support the maintenance of our Global Job architecture
• You might be responsible for conducting trainings for some groups

Qualifications

• Experienced with Compensation & Benefits (familiarity with market data and external providers such as Mercer or HR processes knowledge is a plus)
• Familiar with SuccessFactors (is a plus)
• Analytical mind capable of working with large databases, identifying and interpreting connections between them
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, fostering effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels
• Learning quickly and maintaining quality business relationships
• Very well organized, and while also a strong team member, you perform to a high level alone
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects
