Job summary

Jobtailor in Poland seeks a senior compensation leader to guide global pay strategy, equity programs, and annual planning. You will partner with executives, translate data into strategic insights, and ensure market competitiveness across regions.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of compensation design, analysis and governance experience in a global org.
  • Strong analytics with Excel/PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience communicating with executive leadership.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and regional executives on compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness
  • Collaborate with Executive Leaders, Business Partners, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data and alignment with organizational goals
  • Co‑lead annual pay planning, market analysis, and special projects for the region and global initiatives
  • Educate leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and compliance requirements to foster transparency and trust
  • Support global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses across multiple functions and countries to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of compensation‑related projects, including annual pay cycles, market benchmarking, and compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones to ensure successful execution
  • Develop tools, templates, and guidelines to ensure smooth execution and compliance and pay planning across multiple countries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compensation programs through automation, technology, and innovative practices
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement competitive sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
  • Develop competitive and motivating sales incentive structures that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Partner with Finance to build analytical models to simulate various compensation scenarios, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and sustainability
  • Ensure plans are compliant with local regulations and harmonized with global frameworks
  • Conduct market pricing analyses across different functions and countries to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s global compensation philosophy
  • Interpret salary data and develop analytical models and templates for compensation projects
  • Create and deliver detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision‑making at all levels
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and People Team
  • Ensure adherence to local regulatory/statutory requirements and global compensation philosophy
  • Drive compliance with EU gender pay gap directives and other regional regulations
  • Partner and or lead regional and global compensation projects as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of increasing accountability and success in the areas of compensation design, analyses, education and socialization of reward programs in a high-growth, go‑to‑market, high‑tech, global organization
  • Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in MS Office environment (Excel, docs, PowerPoint), Google environment, and Workday
  • Proven ability to create reports, design sales plans, project management, and present insights to executive leadership
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
  • Nimble, quick learner and an independent, proactive working style and curious – able to work with limited direction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high‑performing, engaging team at all levels and across multiple time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization
  • Experience with interpretation and application of local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation
  • Preferred experience in acquisition‑driven program harmonization on compensation
  • Required to be fluent in English with excellent presentation, written and spoken communication
