Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking a Client Service Officer for Global Commercial Cards. You will manage a portfolio of leading corporate clients, acting as trusted advisor and single point of contact, delivering high-impact service and strategic support.

You will engage with cross-functional teams across regions, resolve issues with urgency, and leverage data to drive client outcomes in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in customer service, client relations, or financial services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and resilience.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and investigative instincts to identify root causes.
• Natural relationship builder influencing outcomes at all levels.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Technical proficiency with systems, tools, and platforms for client management.
• Global/cross-cultural collaboration with international markets.
• Multilingual: French and/or German preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the dedicated single point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients and internal partners.
• Drive issue resolution with urgency and precision to ensure a frictionless client experience.
• Be proactive, keeping clients informed of system updates, market events, and progress.
• Leverage data to understand client needs, uncover trends, and propose value-added solutions.
• Grow and expand client relationships through regular touchpoints and strategic calls.
