Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Client Onboarding Lead Analyst to drive design and delivery of global onboarding processes. You will lead transformation programs, manage onboarding readiness for new product launches, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to improve the client experience.

You will shape the onboarding function's strategic direction, oversee multiple workstreams, and ensure compliance with laws and internal controls while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client onboarding or related financial services functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs including change management and business analysis.
• Experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and cash/liquidity product operations.
• Strong project management including cost, planning, and multi-workstream oversight.
• Solid knowledge of risk and control frameworks and mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of onboarding processes to establish a global standard for consistent client experience and operational excellence.
• Manage onboarding readiness for new product launches and enhancements.
• Evaluate new product initiatives for alignment with automation and control strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Product, Technology, and Operations to implement automation.
• Assess onboarding risks and maintain a robust control environment.
• Create and govern onboarding materials and training for new launches.
• Define and track KPIs to measure adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to design scalable onboarding solutions that reduce defects and boost client satisfaction.
