Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Poland is seeking a Client Service Officer for Global Commercial Cards within Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions.

You will manage a portfolio of world-class corporate clients, act as their trusted advisor, and deliver seamless, high-impact service in a fast-paced, global environment. You will own relationships, resolve issues with urgency, and leverage data to drive outcomes while collaborating across regions and maintaining strong risk and compliance discipline.

Qualifications

What You'll Do
  • Own the client relationship— serve as the dedicated single point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients and internal partners, building deep, trust-based partnerships through regular engagement, proactive communication, and strategic support.
  • Drive issue resolution with urgency and precision— identify, investigate, and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction reflects Citi's commitment to delivering a frictionless client experience.
  • Be proactive, not reactive— keep clients informed of relevant developments including system updates, market events, and resolution progress, demonstrating the transparency and accountability that world-class clients expect.
  • Leverage data to drive outcomes— conduct meaningful analyses to understand client needs, uncover trends, and recommend solutions that deliver real value.
  • Cultivate and grow your portfolio— develop and expand client relationships through regular touchpoints, strategic calls, and face-to-face engagement, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner to your clients' programs.
  • Expand your global footprint— collaborate cross-functionally with teams across regions, building a powerful internal and external network within one of the world's most connected financial institutions.
  • Champion risk awareness and ethical leadership— apply sound judgment in all business decisions, uphold Citi's compliance standards, and proactively escal and manage control issues with transparency and integrity.
