Job summary

Citi is seeking an onboarding professional to join the Citi Commercial Bank Onboarding team in Poland, Warsaw. You will handle account opening, maintenance, technical integration, and onboarding of Cash Management products, aiming to provide a positive client experience.

You will act as the client’s single point of contact, ensuring timely, accurate onboarding and compliance, and collaborate with global partners to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Finance, or related areas.
• Proficient in handling urgent/escalation cases and managing client expectations.
• Proficient knowledge of English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups with diligence and organization.
• Delivers timely and accurate onboarding functions (Onboarding and KYC) and provides superb client service as the Single Point of Contact.
• Manages day-to-day portfolio tasks across internal systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
