Qualifications

• Academic or Master degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration) or in progress.
• Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Ability to document processes and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Proactive, independent and well organized with strong time management.
• Team player and customer-oriented with high precision.

Responsibilities

• Support basic change and knowledge management activities under close guidance.
• Assist in migration-related activities, including doc prep and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare and update documentation, templates, presentations, and reports.
• Support maintenance of project and activity documentation such as plans and schedules.
• Contribute to regular and ad-hoc status updates inputs.
• Assist trainings, workshops, and meetings on change and knowledge topics.
• Participate in meetings and document outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Support global and local knowledge management operations and tools.
