Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. seeks an HR IT Advisor – Training Administration to support learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team.

You will provide system expertise for SuccessFactors LMS, manage admin and reporting, and help leaders choose effective learning solutions. Responsibilities include managing enrollments, preparing reports for Product Managers, and collaborating with IT and Product teams to implement LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in LMS and understanding of Learning Management Systems
• 2+ years’ experience in translating business/functional requirements into realization concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• Nice to have German language skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support and clarification to business users regarding SuccessFactors LMS
• Manage learning administration and reporting
• Collaborate with Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team to optimize training processes
• Develop business case concepts focused on digitalization and standardization
• Monitor training demand and optimize enrollments
• Prepare and deliver reports for Product Managers
• Improve processes and user experience (registration emails, standardizing processes)
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors IT Team to implement LMS solutions
• Handle training administration (participant coordination, attendance lists, reservations, financial closing)
• Support training participants with bookings, cancellations, and logistics
• Assist in marketing activities by providing direct links to events in SuccessFactors
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
