Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services in Kraków is seeking a Senior Reporting Specialist to deliver high-quality financial and management reporting. You will handle large volumes of data, develop advanced reporting solutions, and support decisions with insightful analyses.

Responsibilities include preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, improving data models, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with international stakeholders. Fluency in English and SAP BW knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, controlling, management accounting, FP&A, business analysis or finance-related reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects, or similar).
• SAP/BW knowledge and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• CV/Resume required.
• Must possess permit to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial, management, and performance reports for Lufthansa Group stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and business performance indicators to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Design and develop innovative reporting solutions using modern BI and analytics platforms.
• Support the development and optimization of reporting structures, data models, and data flows.
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy of financial information.
• Collaborate with controlling, finance, and business units across Lufthansa Group.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal customers by understanding business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Drive projects independently and coordinate reporting-related improvements.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
