Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Lease Analyst to develop analytical skills in an international setting and support lease data and contract administration across the Lufthansa Group.

You will manage lease contracts, maintain master data, assist with invoicing and payments, and collaborate with stakeholders. A 2–3 year background in finance or accounting and German C1/English B2 are preferred; hybrid work and occasional travel to Germany are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in service delivery or shared services.
• Experience in accounting or finance processes (PTP/OTC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease contract data throughout the contract lifecycle, including abstraction and master data maintenance.
• Maintain and update lease-related information in systems and databases.
• Support lease payment processes and verify lease-related invoices.
