Job summary

RemotePass in Poland is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our Lifecycle team and own the employee benefits experience across our global EOR workforce. You’ll manage renewals, scope new plans, and ensure enrollments are accurate.

This role requires multi-country benefits knowledge, strong collaboration with brokers and insurers, and the ability to guide internal teams on statutory vs supplemental benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits, benefits administration, insurance, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance; familiarity with life, disability, pension and wellness benefits is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing benefits renewals or new plan implementations.
• Experience reviewing plan proposals and comparing coverage and pricing with brokers or insurers.
• Benefits experience across multiple countries, with understanding of jurisdictional variations.
• Background in EOR/PEO/global mobility/HR tech/international payroll/insurance brokerage is a plus.
• Analytical skills to assess pricing, plan structures, and proposals.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to run multiple renewals and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits renewals. Manage global renewal calendar, review terms, pricing, coverage, and negotiate with brokers and providers.
• Scope and launch new plans by researching local requirements and market practice; compare proposals, select and launch.
• Oversee enrolments, changes, and terminations; coordinate billing, reconcile invoices and data.
• Respond to employee and client queries; clarify statutory vs supplemental benefits in each market.
• Manage brokers, insurers, and partners; be the main contact for complex issues.
• Track market changes and their impact on plans; stay ahead of regulatory shifts.
• Standardise global benefits processes and document improvements for scalability.
