Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Benefits Operations to join the People Services team in Warsaw, Poland. You will lead end-to-end administration of company-sponsored health, retirement, and wellness programs across markets, and provide Tier 2 support in collaboration with Payroll, HRBP, and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits administration, knowledge of self-insured plans, and experience with HRIS systems such as Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of benefits programmes for health, pensions, dental, vision, life, disability and wellness.
• Serve as senior SME and consultant on benefit operations activities.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual tasks and streamline processes.
• Coordinate enrollments, eligibility, status changes and renewals; manage annual enrollment planning.
