Marsh is seeking a Regional Benefits professional in Poland to support the EMEA strategy across multiple countries. The role requires hybrid work with three days in the office weekly and reports to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA.
You will partner with People Partners, local leadership, and Mercer Marsh Benefits consultants to manage plans across Europe and the Middle East, leading annual renewals and monitoring trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Join Marsh’s Regional Benefits team in Poland and help deliver a consistent, competitive benefits experience across EMEA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will report to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA within the Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence. The scope covers 48 countries, :22,000 employees, and up to four entities per country.
