Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager Global Rewards and Benefits to shape and govern our global compensation landscape. You will oversee compensation across regions, aligning with total rewards philosophy and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with the Rewards team to deliver, standardize, and enhance global compensation and benefits structures, while enabling effective delivery across geographic scopes. The role supports remote work within Poland.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits in global or regional roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and EC modules.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance global compensation frameworks, bonuses, and salary review cycles.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive and local regulations.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related data structures with IT/HR.
• Contribute to global benefits programs and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Finance to align on compensation topics.
