Job summary

RemotePass is expanding into the European market and seeking a passionate Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. You will build lasting relationships with European customers, acting as a strategic advisor to help them maximize value from RemotePass.

This role is open worldwide, provided you can work CET hours. You will guide onboarding, manage accounts end-to-end, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in EOR/HR-Tech.
• Experience owning full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working CET hours regardless of location.
• Experience in SaaS or HR/Global Employment solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seamless onboarding of new customers and quick adoption.
• Strategic relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact and resolve customer inquiries.
