Job summary

O-I is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will support budgeting, closing, and forecast preparation, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial reporting and data management across regions.

You will also assist audits, identify cost-reduction opportunities, monitor performance against budget, and contribute to FP&A projects while sharing knowledge with peers. This remote role offers flexible hours and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.
• Experience with budgeting, closing, and forecasting processes.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, closing, and forecast preparation for multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting and data management.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation and analysis as needed.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and monitor variances to budget.
• Contribute to FP&A projects and share knowledge with team members.
• Automate and standardize reporting processes where possible.
