Iron Mountain seeks an analytical Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) – ALM Systems, Transformation & Business Intelligence – to harmonize our global financial architecture during a period of rapid growth. You will connect operations to financial intelligence to provide leadership with visibility for margin transparency and efficiency across the enterprise.

The role demands 10+ years in finance/transformation, strong ERP and CRM tool knowledge, and a proven track record in complex multi-entity

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within ITAD or Asset Lifecycle Management.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 BC, SAP, Oracle) and Salesforce CRM tools.
Proven ability in managing financial integrations after Mergers & Acquisitions across multi-entity environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate complex financial requirements for technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Systems Architecture and Integration: map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows and integrate global operations, accounting, and inventory systems.
Drive Financial Intelligence and Margin Analysis: design global frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation for P&L transparency.
Govern Audit, Risk, and Compliance: conduct diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems to ensure revenue recognition and optimize cash flow.
