Job summary

Evotym is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Business Development Manager to lead the strategic development, expansion, and optimization of our global banking infrastructure. You will own the banking partner ecosystem, driving the identification, development, and management of strategic institutional relationships across key international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bank partnerships, business development, sales, or account management within fintech or EMI.
• Strong knowledge of financial infrastructure, onboarding processes, in regulated high-risk sectors (iGaming, Gambling, Crypto, Forex).
• Proven ability to establish and maintain senior-level partnerships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of identifying, engaging, negotiating with, and onboarding new banking and EMI partners internationally.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with banks and financial institutions; expand partner network.
• Develop referral opportunities by connecting corporate clients with banking partners; negotiate revenue-sharing models.
• Monitor onboarding journeys; coordinate with teams to resolve compliance and accelerate revenue generation.
• Lead commercial discussions ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable relationships.
