Job summary

Evotym is scaling fintech and seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead client success in a fully remote, international setting. You will build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, guiding onboarding and ongoing support across cross-border payments.

The role emphasizes leadership, ownership, and collaboration with Operations, Compliance and Finance to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence across global settlements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related role in fintech/payments.
• Experience leading or mentoring a client-facing team.
• Solid understanding of cross-border payments and international settlements.
• Experience managing B2B clients in high-touch environments.
• Knowledge of fintech operations and client support processes.
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and handle complex client situations.
• Languages: English B2, Russian C1.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Account Management function, setting clear service standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing international support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client requests and operational matters.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Finance).
• Drive timely resolution of inquiries and transaction-related issues.
