Job summary

Cenevo is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Wrocław, Poland, to provide 1st–3rd line support for our laboratory management platform used by global life sciences customers. You will investigate issues, reproduce, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams while delivering excellent customer care across international time zones.

The role is full-time hybrid, requires availability to cover US EST hours up to 50%, and offers a professional growth path with onboarding

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in application support or technical/operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable reading logs and debugging.
• Fluent professional English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st–3rd line support for the platform.
• Investigate, reproduce, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Apply patches, configuration changes, and data corrections as needed.
• Maintain tickets and SLAs; collaborate with US/UK/Poland teams.
