• Build and manage an indirect channel with resellers/distributors.
• Create the go-to-market playbook for Germany including messaging and pipeline discipline.
• Provide market feedback on positioning, pricing, and channel strategy.
• Prepare and support Northern Europe expansion after Germany delivers.
