Job summary

Aon in Kraków is seeking a Technical Accounting Team Manager with German to lead a large, high-performing group responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, processes, and partner collaboration with a key German stakeholder. You will drive prioritization, workload planning, coaching and talent development, and ensure high-quality delivery.

As the primary contact for a key German partner, you will implement efficient data handling, process documentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, complex teams in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to plan workload, set priorities and supervise performance.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise operations to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Establish backups and plan for single points of failure.
• Document processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Analyze data to identify errors, over/under capacity.
• Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning with financial insights.
• Develop and implement document management for financial records.
• Lead finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Prepare clear reports for internal and external partners.
• Resolve conflicts and address team challenges.
• Engage in talent management, performance reviews and coaching.
• Design training programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Encourage process/tool/documentation improvements.
