Job summary

Aon Kraków is seeking a Team Manager to lead a large, high‑performing Technical Accounting team. You will set priorities, plan workload, supervise performance, and coach staff to ensure high‑quality delivery while partnering with a key German stakeholder.

Fluency in English and German is essential. You will drive continuous improvement, manage projects from initiation to completion, and communicate complex accounting topics clearly to non‑experts, fostering an inclusive and resilient team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German written and spoken.
• Experience leading and motivating large, complex teams.
• Ability to set clear priorities and distribute workload.
• Strong people leadership including coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to refine stakeholder requirements constructively.
• Excellent communication of sophisticated topics to non-experts.
• Proven record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise operations so SLAs and quality are met.
• Collaborate with Partners to ensure timely, high‑quality work.
• Establish backup structures and plan for SPOF.
• Document processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Analyze data to identify errors and capacity trends.
• Contribute to business and strategic planning with financial insights.
• Develop and implement efficient document management for financial records.
• Lead finance projects from initiation to completion with partner satisfaction.
• Prepare clear reports for internal and external partners.
• Apply conflict resolution to address discrepancies and challenges.
• Engage in talent management: performance reviews, coaching, mentorship.
• Design training programs for accounting team and drive continuous improvement.
• Encourage team to identify and implement process/tools improvements.
