Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

• Good communication with management and external customers.
• Willingness to improve and automate work.

Responsibilities

• Check information from insurers against system records.
• Perform calculations using data available in the system.
• Handle Technical Accounting tasks: bookings, invoicing, cash receipts, reconciliations, revenue sharing, contract management.
• Prepare various reports.
• Follow procedures and guides for the scope of work.
• Act as SME for processes and resolve issues.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Participate in transition projects.
• Conduct trainings for new joiners/colleagues.
• Suggest changes to tools and documentation to support service delivery.
• Ensure SLAs are met through collaboration with the team.
