Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience leading large, complex teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to set priorities, plan workload, and supervise performance
• Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Ability to challenge stakeholder requirements constructively and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise current operations so the team meets SLAs, quality requirements and follows the agreed process
• Work closely with Partners to ensure timely delivery at a high standard
• Secure proper backup structure and plan for Single Points of Failure (SPOF)
• Ensure processes are documented and knowledge is shared within the team
• Analyze data on team output to identify issues and trends related to errors or capacity
• Lead financial services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction
• Prepare and present clear reports for internal and external partners
• Apply conflict resolution skills to address discrepancies and team challenges
• Engage in talent management, including performance reviews and coaching
• Design and deliver training and development programs for the accounting team
• Engage the team to identify process/tools improvements and implement enhancements
