The role combines business analysis, technical grounding, and strong communication with German-speaking stakeholders. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate delivery with development teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
• Experience as Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Fluent German (B2) spoken and written; insurance/SaaS background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, integrations and implementations.
• Support enterprise clients in optimizing platform capabilities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Coordinate delivery activities and track project progress.
• Identify risks, dependencies and blockers in projects.
• Contribute to process and platform improvements; support data/interface work.
