Zusammenfassung

Sollers Consulting GmbH is seeking an enthusiastic business analyst to join our consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and support UATs.

You will work closely with software developers and IT architects in an international Agile setting, enjoying a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in the office in Warsaw. Fluent English and German skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Strong English (C1) communication; German (B2/C1) is highly desirable.
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Ability to apply analytical reasoning to complex problems.
• Eligible to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Aufgaben

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test solutions with UAT support.
• Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects.
• Take on diverse roles within an international environment.
• Act as an active member of an Agile team, owning your topics.
