Job summary

CNX is seeking a Team Lead with German for its Hybrid work location in Katowice. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of call center associates, coaching outputs, and ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.

The ideal candidate will have Team Leader experience, fluent German (C1/C2) and English, and strong people-management skills to motivate and develop the team in a multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a group of call center associates and monitor attendance per policy and law.
• Coach direct reports regularly to achieve performance metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, create action plans, implement corrective actions up to termination if needed.
• Ensure service levels meet KPIs and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Handle escalated customer calls as needed with SME input.
• Conduct team meetings to share information and solicit input; organize team activities.
• Stay updated on internal processes and policies; participate in manager development training.
• Promote CNX values through behavior and advocacy for team members.
