Job summary

AMS is hiring a German-speaking Coordinator – Early Careers & Campus to support graduate, intern and apprentice hiring across the DACH region. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and offshore teams to ensure a seamless recruitment lifecycle.

You will coordinate activities, maintain data accuracy in ATS, support assessment centres, and deliver excellent service to candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with processes and SLAs. Hybrid work in Kraków, Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting recruitment, campus hiring, or assessment centre activities.
• Understanding of Early Careers, Graduate, Internship, or Apprentice recruitment processes.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition management, application screening, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Support high-volume Early Careers campaigns across graduate, intern, and apprentice programmes.
• Manage candidate communications in German and English.
• Facilitate assessment centres, ensuring smooth execution and timelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient processes.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and recruitment reporting; maintain compliance with processes.
