Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with German (m/f/d) in Kraków. The role supports end-to-end recruitment workflows, coordinating invitations, travel and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will work closely with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates in a global, industrial environment. The position requires 2–5 years of admin HR experience, fluent English and German, strong communication, and familiarity with ATS (e.g.,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience in administrative support, ideally in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and German (written & verbal)
• Excellent communication skills with Executive Hiring Managers
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SuccessFactors) and MS Office
• Strong organizational, proactive, independent work style and team orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment processes, including candidate invitations, travel coordination, ATS management and pre-onboarding.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience through recruitment cycle.
• Maintain high accuracy in process setup and share knowledge via the Talent Attraction library on SharePoint.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support a lean, efficient recruiting lifecycle
