Job summary

PepsiCo in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Cluster Supply Chain coordinator to drive order management, fulfilment and returns while supporting the DACH BU in customer service collaboration.

You will lead process coordination, improve service quality, and act as SPOC in daily operational meetings, with SAP proficiency and English & German communication. This on-site role offers an active, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• 4–5 years in customer order management or similar role.
• Excel intermediate level and SAP advanced.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Order management and fulfilment, including pricing checks and delivery creation.
• Coordinate returns and issue resolution with customers and 3PL.
• Prepare KPI reports monthly/weekly and act as SPOC for DACH BU meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and hubs to optimize orders and stock.
• Lead process improvements and root-cause analysis for complex requirements.
