Optro is seeking a German bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team. You will be on the front lines helping clients navigate the Optro platform, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a superior experience.

You will work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Tier 1 SaaS support, strong German (C1) and English, and reside in Poland (Warsaw/Krakow).

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues with empathy

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video sessions
• Be a product expert and guide clients on features and functionality
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to escalate issues and provide feedback
• Draft responses using AI tools and knowledge bases to ensure accurate resolutions
• Identify trends in feedback and propose improvements to enhance user experience
