Job summary

Optro is seeking a German bilingual Client Support Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will be on the front lines, guiding clients through technical challenges and ensuring an exceptional experience with the Optro platform.

The role requires 3+ years in SaaS Tier1 support, strong German (C1) and English communication, and the ability to work 9:00–18:00 BST. You must reside in Poland (Warsaw or Krakow) and embrace a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SaaS / tech Tier 1 customer support experience (MUST).
• C1/Advanced German and English proficiency (MUST).
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience (MUST).
• Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM BST shift (MUST).

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues via email, live chat, and scheduled video sessions with empathy and clear guidance.
• Be a product expert to provide guidance on features and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate issues and feedback for improvement.
• Utilize AI tools and internal knowledge bases to draft responses and summarize tickets.
• Identify trends in client feedback and recommend UX improvements.
