• Identify customer needs, search for information, and offer clear guidance using available systems and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Handle customer inquiries through various channels - phone, email and potentially chat - with accuracy and empathy.
• Log and document interactions accurately in internal systems (CRM, support tools) to help maintain service quality and follow-up.

Who We're Looking For

• Is fluent in Polish and German with native-like pronunciation and communication skills - able to speak naturally and professionally in both languages.
• Has basic English skills to communicate with members from the team.
• Lives in Poland and is looking for a flexible remote position.
• Has a customer-focused mindset , excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate solutions clearly and with empathy.
• Is comfortable using several systems at once and learning quickly.
• Is customer-focused, empathetic, and communicative , with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Has previous experience in customer support or contact center roles.
