Job summary
Veeam Software is seeking a Customer Success Representative to drive renewal of maintenance contracts, provide quotes, and upsell premium services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires English and German fluency, 2+ years in software sales, strong customer service and organizational skills, and a basic understanding of virtualization.
Qualifications
- Two years of software or related industry sales experience.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect revenue.
- Monitor expiring agreements and take timely action to retain customers.
- Provide accurate proposals and quotes according to customer agreements.
- Handle inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling and reinstatement.
- Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams.
- Record all activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets with focus on retention and revenue growth.
