Job summary

Veeam Software in Seattle seeks a Customer Success Engineer to own onboarding, adoption, and optimization, driving long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You will lead recovery simulations and DR and resilience assessments, coordinating with CISO/CIO stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals.

You bring 5+ years in customer-facing engineering, strong English and German, and hands-on expertise across OS, virtualization, storage, scripting, cloud, and DR&R.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• Strong English and German language proficiency for executive communications.
• Hands-on expertise across OS, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud, and DR&R.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, and optimization to maximize customer outcomes.
• Identify churn risk, migrations, and upsell opportunities with technical insights.
• Conduct recovery simulations and DRMM assessments for quarterly reporting.
• Develop protection plans and architectures across the Veeam Data Platform.
• Engage with CISO/CIO stakeholders and align roadmaps with business goals.
• Collaborate on campaigns to drive adoption and expansion.
• Manage technical success plan and adoption roadmap in partnership with Sales.
