Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Consultant with German language skills to deliver HR operations support across the employee lifecycle. You will handle tier 1 queries, maintain Workday data, and guide managers and employees through procedures with a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal English and German.
• Preferably prior HR or admin experience in corporate structures.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to deliver on time.
• Service-oriented attitude, prioritizing customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Genuine interest in HR topics with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle tier 1 (simple) queries and assist with resolving semi-complex or complex queries and transactions related to core HR processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday platform, documenting life cycle events (promotions, transfers, contract extensions, etc.).
• Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and documentation to employees, guiding them through the query resolution process.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards.
• Conduct quality checks on critical HR transactions following the quality framework.
• Assist in building and maintaining a knowledge base for case management.
