Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is hiring an HR Services Associate to support tier 1 HR inquiries and data management. You will handle employee lifecycle transactions, communicate policy details, and uphold service standards in a hybrid Warsaw environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR processes, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, and experience with Workday or similar HR systems. Proficiency in Polish, English, and German is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting HR processes/services.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR software in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 queries related to core HR processes.
• Maintain data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle (promotions, transfers, contracts).
• Communicate processes, policies, and documentation to employees to resolve issues.
• Adhere to KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards.
• Support knowledge base for Case Management.

Duties & responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 (simple queries) and support resolution of semi-complex or complex queries and transactions related to core HR processes.
• Maintain data in Workday pertaining to employee life cycle such as promotion, transfer, contract extension or other job change transactions.
• Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/issue.
• Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards.
• Quality check on the key/critical HR transactions processed by team as defined in the quality framework.
• Assist with building and maintenance of a knowledgebase for Case Management.
• Performance objectives.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries.
• Team player with very good customer service skills.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Attention to detail and an ability to work towards tight deadlines.
• Result oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Key skills

• Demonstrated good understanding of HR management practices, processes & procedures.
• Very good knowledge of written, verbal communication skills in Polish, English & German.
• Previous experience in Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR Software Systems in above languages.
• Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage.
• Service oriented attitude.
• Proficiency on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
