CB Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will support German-speaking customers, respond to inquiries, and help with account and product-related questions in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers relocation support, temporary accommodation upon arrival, and assistance in finding long-term housing, all within an international and multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German
• Good command of English
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU

Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers through the available support channels
