Qualifications
- Native or fluent German
- Good command of English
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria
- Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU
Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking customers through available support channels
- Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team
- Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience
