Cbtalents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team on-site in Sofia. You will engage with German-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and support accounts and products in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German
• Good command of English
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria / the EU

Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers through the available support channels
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
• Assist with account, service, and general product-related inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team
• Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience
