Markant Polska is seeking a driven professional to join the Financial Services team. You will liaise with business partners, handle enquiries related to central settlements, and help ensure data quality by setting up contractor accounts and guiding new partners through procedures.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of German is essential.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
• Experience in customer service.

• Diligence and commitment to carrying out assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with our business partners.
• Receiving and processing enquiries and complaints relating to central settlements (clarification, analysis, process correction).
• Data quality control in consultation with business partners, including setting up and managing accounts for new contractors.
• Supporting new business partners with regard to applicable procedures.
• Participating in the implementation of solutions to optimise internal processes.
• Collaborating with other branches across Europe.
