Qualifications

• German language at least B2; daily customer contact.
• English language at least B2; international collaboration.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or similar B2B role.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/trading company is a plus.
• ERP systems experience; SAP desirable.
• Experience with quotations and tender administration is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and flexible; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers via phone and email in German and English.
• Provide product information and support customers with inquiries related to our solutions.
• Qualify customer inquiries, identify risks, and align customer requirements with organizational capabilities.
• Process sales orders and quotations in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare and send order confirmations to customers.
• Monitor order progress and delivery schedules from order entry through to delivery and after-sales support.
• Coordinate order execution with internal departments, including Sales, Technical Support, Production Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Handle returns, customer claims, and invoicing-related activities.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and sales documentation in SAP.
• Support reporting activities and ensure high-quality data management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
