Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Customer Relationship Professional with German to deliver exceptional service, drive customer retention and contribute to revenue growth. You will be the main contact for complex queries and a subject matter expert on process issues, supporting teammates and leading trainings.

The role is hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days in the office) with responsibility for onboarding, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Business fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
3+ years in Customer Support or related supply chain roles.
Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP processes; SAP experience is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to drive retention and revenue growth.
Serve as main point of contact for complex top customer inquiries and act as SME on process issues.
Support other team members, provide trainings, and assist with escalations.
Run reports and analyses, back-up supervisor, and share knowledge per SOPs.
Engage with stakeholders to identify cross-sell opportunities and be part of process improvements.
