Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to own end-to-end OtC processes for an assigned portfolio.

You will validate orders, manage changes, and coordinate with ISC, Logistics, and Sales to ensure timely fulfillment, while maintaining accurate customer data and resolving issues. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) and requires fluency in English and German with 2+ years in customer support or order management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German (both must have).
• 2+ years Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / order management / OtC related experience.
• Knowledge/experience with CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes.
• Intermediate level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gather information to respond to customer queries on product availability, stock, prices, lead times, and order quantities.
• Update customer records in the system (new setup, amendments) based on information from sales.
• Validate and enter customer purchase orders within defined target and quality.
• Resolve roadblocks delaying order processing (price discrepancies, credit holds, material exclusions).
• Schedule orders according to customer requirements and internal stock.
• Document and maintain the order entry process for assigned customers.
• Act as interface between customer ISC, Logistics, Transportation.
