Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Customer Relationship Professional with German to join our European support team on a 2+3 hybrid schedule. You will own end-to-end customer relationships, drive satisfaction, onboarding, and cross-selling while acting as a process expert across SAP-based workflows.

Collaboration with stakeholders and training teammates are key. The role emphasizes operational excellence, data analysis, and adherence to SOPs to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• 3+ years customer support / OtC / order management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM/ERP processes.
• High level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Meet customer needs and expectations; maintain partnerships with European teams.
• Onboard customers and train new team members; monitor progress across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support revenue growth and cross-selling initiatives.
• Attend client meetings and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead standardization and improvement projects; support SOPs and best practices.
• Drive process improvements with analytics and Honeywell Operating System principles.
