Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysing customer receivables.
• Contact with customers: phone and mail.
• Ensuring compliance with collections policies and procedures.
• Providing receivables reporting.
• Cooperation with customer care and sales department.
• Responsible for booking of incoming payments & refunds to customers.
• Reports preparation.
