TRUMPF in Warsaw seeks a Collections/Credit Control specialist to manage payment reminders, negotiate plans, and monitor aging reports, supporting risk management.

The role requires fluent German (B2–C2), strong English and Polish, plus experience in collections and accounting software like SAP; hybrid work with 40% office, health benefits in central Warsaw.

Your profile

• Advanced German skills (B2–C2), intermediate to advanced English skills (B1–C1) and advanced Polish skills (minimum C1)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Previous experience in Collections, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Customer Service
• Experience with accounting software; knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
